Coco-Coir/Manure Sterilized Substrate
Our coco-coir substrate bags are the perfect pair for your propagated grain spawn! Simply cut the bag open at the top seal high above the filter patch, pour in your grain, twist the bag, shake to mix, press into a block form (*without touching the inside material), fold the bag over itself so the opening isn’t exposed (like a potato chip bag), set in a cool dark area (a closet is fine), and wait!
*PACKED with micro and macro-nutrients, fully hydrated to field capacity, sterilized, and ready to use!
Our substrate is a mix of both organic coco-coir (organic coconut husk) [Manure Alternative] or a balanced mix of both organic coco-coir and organic manure. ❤️
Suggested substrate mix to propagated spawn ratio is 1:1
For example: 2lb substrate mixed with 2lb spawn, 3lb substrate mixed with 3lb spawn. . .
